Why does the cursor speed feel inconsistent when the mouse is connected to two computers?
The M Mouse uses a higher default DPI for dongle and wired connections, so switching back to Bluetooth or lowering the polling rate can make the cursor feel noticeably slower — this is normal. We recommend using Glide to adjust the DPI for each connection so the cursor speed feels more consistent across both computers.

What is INFTYLAB Glide? How do I get started?
INFTYLAB Glide is the configuration software for the INFTYLAB Mouse, used to set the cursor, scroll wheel, and shortcuts, and to manage connections.
It comes in two versions: a Mac/Win desktop version installed on the computer, and an install-free web version configured through the browser. -
How do I switch between paired devices?
Press the signal-source switch button on the bottom of the mouse (BLE1/2/3 or Dongle) to switch the target computer. The software's switch-device page shows the connection and device information for each signal source in real time.
-
If my work computer doesn't allow installing other software, how do I configure Glide?
The web version is install-free and usually isn't affected by installation restrictions, so we recommend using the web version to configure it. Basic settings such as cursor speed and shortcuts can all be done in the web version.
The desktop software, and the system permissions it requires, may be restricted by your company's device management policies. -
The Windows WebHID authorization window shows "Unknown device (04A5:5801)" — is that my mouse?
Yes, this is normal — you can safely click to authorize.
When connecting via Bluetooth on Windows, the authorization window sometimes can't read the mouse's full model name in time, so it shows as "Unknown device."
Just confirm the ID is 04A5:5801 and click authorize; once connected, the web page will automatically display the correct model name. -
I can't connect when switching to the Dongle signal source. What should I do?
Please turn the mouse off and back on, switch to the Dongle signal source again, then unplug and replug the USB receiver.
-
Which operating system versions does Glide support?
Glide supports macOS 13 and above, and Windows 10.0.17763 and above. The web version requires a browser that supports WebHID, such as Chrome or Edge.
-
Do I have to install the software to configure the mouse?
Some functions can be configured directly in the web version, including DPI, polling rate, and the custom shortcuts for the three function buttons.
Some items require the desktop version to adjust, such as scroll wheel settings and Quick Pie. -
I can't connect when switching to a different Bluetooth signal source. What should I do?
Please turn the mouse off and back on, then switch to that signal source again; if it still won't connect, remove the device in system Bluetooth settings and pair again.
-
The system finds the mouse via Bluetooth but can't connect INFTYLAB M Mouse — it keeps stuck on the loading spinner. What should I do?
Getting stuck on the spinner is usually a Bluetooth-side issue. Try these in order:
- Remove devices you no longer use from the Bluetooth list, then reconnect.
- Turn system Bluetooth off and back on, then try again.
- Too many nearby Bluetooth devices can cause signal conflicts — move to an area with fewer devices, or use the USB receiver (Dongle) for a more stable connection.
