Can I make the scroll direction match my Mac trackpad?
Yes. Set the scroll direction to Natural in the INFTYLAB Glide desktop app. Choose Standard for traditional mouse scrolling.

Is the 2.4G USB receiver Type-C or Type-A? Will it work with my computer?
The 2.4G USB receiver is Type-C and comes with a Type-A adapter. It works with both Type-C and Type-A ports.

Do I need to download INFTYLAB Glide to customize the mouse?
Not for basic customization. DPI, polling rate, and three button shortcuts can be set in the web version. Scroll settings, smooth scrolling, and Quick Pie require the desktop app.

What are the default shortcuts? Can I use them without installing software?
Yes. The mouse works without software, and the function buttons keep their macOS defaults: Mission Control, screenshot, and horizontal scrolling.

How do I connect via Bluetooth?
1. Press and hold the button next to the Bluetooth indicator on the bottom of
the mouse for three seconds to enter pairing mode; the indicator will flash quickly and repeatedly. -
The USB receiver (Dongle) is unstable or doesn't work when plugged into a USB hub / extension port / monitor USB port. What should I do?
If the receiver is unstable when plugged into an extension port, USB hub, or a monitor's USB port, we recommend plugging it directly into the computer's own USB port and trying again.
If it still doesn't work when plugged directly into the computer, try a different port; if it still fails, please contact official customer service. -
The scrolling doesn't work as expected — it scrolls too fast or too slow. What should I do?
Scrolling that's too fast or too slow is mostly related to the desktop version, smooth parameters, document differences, or software conflicts. Check in order:
1. Whether the desktop version is installed (smooth only works with the desktop version).
2. With smooth on, you can further adjust the custom smoothness and speed.
3. Different web pages/documents inherently scroll differently, so inconsistent feel is normal.
4. Whether other mouse software is conflicting — disable third-party app permissions in the system.

What should I do if the USB receiver (Dongle) accidentally enters pairing mode?
Press the pairing button once more to cancel Dongle-mode pairing. You can continue using it normally.
Under normal use, the pairing relationship between the receiver and the mouse won't be lost on its own. -
I only bought one mouse, so why do two mouse names appear during authorization?
Don't worry — this is normal. It doesn't mean you have an extra mouse or that anything is broken.
The two entries you see are actually two connections of "the same mouse": one connected via Bluetooth, and the other connected via the USB receiver (Dongle) at the same time.
Just press the signal-source switch button on the bottom of the mouse to switch to the one you actually want to use (e.g., Dongle), then select the matching authorization. -
Which operating system versions does Glide support?
Glide supports macOS 13 and above, and Windows 10.0.17763 and above. The web version requires a browser that supports WebHID, such as Chrome or Edge.

After I hold the pairing button, the indicator light doesn't flash quickly and the mouse won't enter pairing mode — what should I do?
This is usually because you didn't press deeply enough to actually trigger the button. Please make sure you press the pairing button "firmly all the way down" and hold it for a full three seconds — the indicator light will then start flashing quickly and enter pairing mode. If there's still no response, first confirm the mouse is powered on and has enough battery, then try again.

Why does a "Keyboard Assistant" prompt appear the first time?
The "Keyboard Assistant" message that appears the first time can be closed and ignored.
This is the system (e.g., macOS) detecting a newly connected USB or Bluetooth keyboard and using this assistant to identify the key layout, ensuring subsequent input is correct. -
What is the polling rate? How do I choose and adjust it?
The polling rate is how many times per second the mouse reports its position (Hz) — the higher, the more responsive. Both the web and desktop versions can adjust it. Bluetooth is fixed at 125Hz (limited by the Bluetooth protocol bandwidth), the USB receiver offers 125/500/1000Hz, and wired is fixed at 1000Hz, which is the highest rate supported by the mouse.

How do I connect using the USB receiver?
- Plug in the USB receiver.
- Switch the mouse to Dongle mode. When connected successfully, the corresponding signal-source indicator stays on for a while; if not connected, the indicator keeps flashing as a prompt.
- When the software displays the device name, the connection is successful.
