  • What is Quick Pie? How do I open it?

    Quick Pie is a pop-up radial shortcut menu that opens next to your cursor. Assign it to a mouse button, then click to open the menu and move or click in different directions to trigger shortcuts. Quick Pie requires the desktop version of Glide.

  • Which features require the desktop version of Glide?

    Scroll settings, smooth scrolling, and Quick Pie require the desktop version of Glide. For basic settings like DPI, polling rate, and selected button shortcuts, you can use the web version.

  • Can I customize M Mouse if I can’t install software on a company-managed computer?

    Yes. You can use the web version of Glide for basic customization without installing software. Since settings are saved to the mouse, your shortcuts and selected settings can stay with you when you switch computers.

  • Which browsers support the web version of Glide?

    The web version of Glide works with Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera, and other browsers that support WebHID.

  • Can I use INFTYLAB Glide on Windows?

    Yes. INFTYLAB Glide supports both Windows and Mac. You can install the desktop app or use the no-install web version for setup
