Even better.

  • What is Mac trackpad-like smooth scrolling?

    It makes mouse scrolling feel smoother and more natural, similar to a MacBook trackpad. It is powered by INFTYLAB Glide and requires the desktop app.

  • Can I make the scroll direction match my Mac trackpad?

    Yes. Set the scroll direction to Natural in the INFTYLAB Glide desktop app. Choose Standard for traditional mouse scrolling.

  • Is the 2.4G USB receiver Type-C or Type-A? Will it work with my computer?

    The 2.4G USB receiver is Type-C and comes with a Type-A adapter. It works with both Type-C and Type-A ports.

  • Do I need to download INFTYLAB Glide to customize the mouse?

    Not for basic customization. DPI, polling rate, and three button shortcuts can be set in the web version. Scroll settings, smooth scrolling, and Quick Pie require the desktop app.

  • What are the default shortcuts? Can I use them without installing software?

    Yes. The mouse works without software, and the function buttons keep their macOS defaults: Mission Control, screenshot, and horizontal scrolling.

  • My computer only has a Type-C (or only a Type-A) port — will the receiver fit?

    Either works. The USB receiver itself is Type-C and comes with an adapter: if your computer has a Type-C port, you can plug it in directly; if it has a Type-A port, use the included Type-C to Type-A adapter to connect it.

  • The USB receiver (Dongle) is unstable or doesn't work when plugged into a USB hub / extension port / monitor USB port. What should I do?

    If the receiver is unstable when plugged into an extension port, USB hub, or a monitor's USB port, we recommend plugging it directly into the computer's own USB port and trying again.
    If it still doesn't work when plugged directly into the computer, try a different port; if it still fails, please contact official customer service.

  • How do I disable third-party applications so my mouse isn't affected by other apps?

    There are two steps to make sure you aren't affected by third-party mice:

    1. First close any third-party mouse software running in the background;
    2. Go to System > Privacy & Security > Accessibility, and turn off the permission for third-party mouse software in the list.

    After completing both steps, try scrolling again to see if it improves.

  • Where are the physical buttons located? Where are the back button / top button?

    The button locations are as follows:

    1.  Main scroll wheel: on the top of the mouse.
    2. Top button: on top, behind the main scroll wheel. (there's a marker line behind the wheel)
    3.  Forward button: on the left side (thumb side), toward the front.
    4.  Back button: on the left side (thumb side), toward the back.

    The forward button and the thumb wheel are the same side control — it acts as the Forward button when clicked and as the thumb wheel when scrolled.

  • Why won't my mouse charge via the USB-C cable, and how do I fix it?

    If it won't charge, check in order:

    1. Replace with a known-good USB-C cable and power source;
    2. Check the charging port for dust or debris;
    3. Try a different USB port or charger. If it still won't charge, please contact warranty repair.

    (During normal charging, the front light breathes blue, and stays solid blue when full; the red light flashing 5 times indicates a charging error.)

  • The left / right button is unresponsive, or double-clicks / multi-clicks on its own. What should I do?

    Please test on another computer first to rule out software factors, and update to the latest firmware.
    If a button still doesn't respond or registers multiple clicks, it's usually a button micro-switch issue — please apply for repair under warranty.

  • What is the polling rate? How do I choose and adjust it?

    The polling rate is how many times per second the mouse reports its position (Hz) — the higher, the more responsive. Both the web and desktop versions can adjust it. Bluetooth is fixed at 125Hz (limited by the Bluetooth protocol bandwidth), the USB receiver offers 125/500/1000Hz, and wired is fixed at 1000Hz, which is the highest rate supported by the mouse.

    INFTYLAB Glide is the configuration software for the INFTYLAB Mouse, used to set the cursor, scroll wheel, and shortcuts, and to manage connections.
    It comes in two versions: a Mac/Win desktop version installed on the computer, and an install-free web version configured through the browser.
