What should I do if my monitor sags after installing a third-party brand?
If the height is sagging:
Please confirm that the total weight of all suspended items on the monitor arm falls within the range of 5.8–6.4 kg (12.79–14.11 lbs) or 8–8.6 kg (17.64–18.96 lbs). If the weight is outside these specific ranges, rising or sagging is a normal occurrence. Please return the arm to the sales platform where it was purchased within the return window authorized by your distributor.If the monitor tilt is sagging:
Please confirm that the total weight of all suspended items on the monitor arm falls within the range of 5.8 kg–8.6 kg (12.79–18.96 lbs).

Can I install the INFTYLAB Studio Arm with IKEA's table?
The ANFALLARE and LAGKAPTEN series desks and workstations are compatible with the INFTYLAB Studio Arm.
However, the INGO series dining and work tables are not suitable for use with the INFTYLAB Studio Arm.

INGO series dining/work tables: Unfortunately, due to insufficient edge clearance, these are incompatible with the BenQ ERGO ARM gas spring monitor stand.

How should I choose between the "Desk Clamp" and the "Grommet" when installing the Studio Arm AM01/AM02?
The product packaging includes both the "desk clamp" and "grommet" mounting accessories for your choice (supporting desktop thicknesses from 10mm to 70mm):
Desk Clamp: Secures the arm to the edge of the desk using a C-shaped clamp at the base, requiring no drilling or modification of the desk. This method is the preferred choice for most users with standalone desks or height-adjustable desks when setting up their workstation.
Grommet: Utilizes existing cable management holes on the desktop or requires drilling a hole in the desktop, through which a bolt is passed and tightened to secure the arm. This option is especially suitable when the back of the desk is blocked by partitions or when the desk is placed flush against a wall, making the desk clamp unusable.

What is the difference between the 180° and 360° rotation limits, and when should each be used?
If the back of your installed arm is positioned close to a wall, using the 180° rotation limit helps prevent damage to both the wall and the arm.
If there are no obstacles around your desk, you may use the 360° rotation limit to achieve maximum operational flexibility.

How can I assess whether my desktop environment and workspace are suitable for the use of the AM01/AM02?
Desktop Material Restrictions: It is recommended to use solid wood, durable engineered wood, or metal desktops. Desktops made of glass, hollow core, or honeycomb structures are more fragile and, therefore, not suitable for monitor stand installation, as uneven stress may cause damage to the surface.
Desk Edge Structure Restrictions: If the desk edge features a bevel or a large rounded corner exceeding 2.5 cm, the desk clamp may not secure properly. In such cases, a through-desk mounting method is advised.
Under-Desk Clearance: If there are frames, crossbars, or partitions located too close to the desk edge underneath, the clamp may be obstructed and unable to fasten securely. Under these circumstances, a through-desk mounting solution is necessary.
Supported Desktop Thickness: The AM01 and AM02 support desktop thicknesses—from 15 mm to 70 mm (0.59" to 2.76")—for both clamp and through-desk mounting options.
Rear Clearance: If your desk is positioned flush against a wall with less than 11 cm of clearance between the desktop and the wall, the desk clamp may not fit properly. Additionally, please ensure sufficient space to accommodate the stand’s range of motion to prevent collisions with the wall when rotating or adjusting the monitor’s depth.

How can I verify if my desktop material is suitable for the INFTYLAB Studio Arm AM01/AM02 series?
If your desktop material is glass, hollow core board, honeycomb board, or MDF (medium-density fiberboard), the use of Studio Arm is not recommended.

Is it possible to install the INFTYLAB Studio Arm AM01/AM02 on a desk with beveled or rounded edges?
If the desk edges feature a bevel or rounded corner exceeding 2.5 cm, the stability of the clamp may be compromised. Therefore, it is recommended to ensure that the desk edges offer a flat and stable surface to facilitate the proper installation of the Studio Arm.

How many cables can the cable slot, clips, and management box of the Studio Arm AM01 / AM02 hold at most?
The following are the results of our internal testing. The actual number of cables the arm can accommodate depends primarily on the diameter of your cables:
Rear Arm Cable Slot: Can hold up to 5 cables (e.g., 1 power cord with a 7.5mm diameter + 4 Type-C cables with a 5mm diameter).
Base Cable Cover: Can hold up to 6 cables (e.g., 2 power cords with a 7.5mm diameter + 4 HDMI cables with a 6.5mm diameter).
Cable Clips: Can hold up to 5 cables (e.g., 1 power cord with a 7.5mm diameter + 4 Type-C cables with a 5mm diameter).

Can the AM01 / AM02 support the BenQ MA series?
Yes, The AM01 supports the 32" MA series, including the MA320U (using the VESA mode). The AM02 supports the 27" MA series, including the MA270S, MA270U, and MA270UP (using the stand mode+).

I would like to disassemble the stand, but the screw between the front and rear arms is stuck and cannot be loosened. What should I do?
Difficulty in loosening the screw may be due to the weight of the monitor and prolonged periods without disassembly.In such cases, it is recommended that two people work together to remove the stand. One person should support the monitor and gently lift it upward, while the other person loosens the screw.
Please ensure that your monitor is supported with both hands at all times during the disassembly process to prevent accidental drops and potential damage.
