Why can't I select 500Hz or 1000Hz when connected via Bluetooth?

Bluetooth connections are fixed at 125Hz and cannot be set to 500Hz or 1000Hz — this is a common limitation of Bluetooth technology.
The reason is that the transmission bandwidth required for high polling rates (500/1000Hz) exceeds what the Bluetooth protocol can handle. When you need a higher polling rate, switch to the USB receiver (Dongle) or USB-C wired to reach 1000Hz.
