What should I do if the software doesn't detect the mouse?
We recommend turning the mouse off and on again and restarting the software.
Then check the following in order:
- The mouse is powered on and switched to the correct signal source;
- In Bluetooth mode, system Bluetooth is on and connected; or the USB receiver is properly plugged in.
Once all of the above are done, the software will keep auto-detecting in the background and will automatically enter the setup screen once connected.
