如何確認桌面材質是否適用於 INFTYLAB Studio Arm AM01／AM02 系列？
如果您的桌面材質是玻璃，不建議使用 Studio Arm。不過，如果桌面是中空板、蜂巢板或 MDF（中密度纖維板），則可以安心使用。
180° 與 360° 旋轉限制有什麼不同？分別應在什麼情況下使用？
如果已安裝的支架臂後方靠近牆面，使用 180° 旋轉限制可避免牆面和支架臂受損。
如果桌面周圍沒有障礙物，您可以使用 360° 旋轉限制，以獲得最大的操作靈活度。
INFTYLAB Studio Arm AM01／AM02 可以安裝在具有斜角或圓角邊緣的桌面上嗎？
如果桌邊有超過 2.5 公分的斜角或圓角，可能會影響桌夾的穩定性。因此，建議確認桌邊具備平整且穩固的表面，以便正確安裝 Studio Arm。
Studio Arm AM01／AM02 的理線槽、線扣和理線盒最多可容納幾條線材？
以下為我們的內部測試結果。支架實際能容納的線材數量，主要取決於線材的直徑：
後臂理線槽：最多可容納 5 條線材（例如：1 條直徑 7.5mm 的電源線 + 4 條直徑 5mm 的 Type-C 線材）。
底座理線蓋：最多可容納 6 條線材（例如：2 條直徑 7.5mm 的電源線 + 4 條直徑 6.5mm 的 HDMI 線材）。
理線夾：最多可容納 5 條線材（例如：1 條直徑 7.5mm 的電源線 + 4 條直徑 5mm 的 Type-C 線材）。
理線時有建議的線材長度嗎？
底座理線盒主要用於收納周邊線材，沒有特定的線材長度要求。
至於支架後方手臂的理線：
以直接連接螢幕的線材為例（例如使用 4 條 Type-C 線材），如果您計畫移動、伸展或調整支架高度，建議線材長度為 1.5 公尺。
AM01／AM02 支援 BenQ MA 系列嗎？
可以。AM01 支援 32 吋 MA 系列，包括 MA320U（使用 VESA 模式）。AM02 支援 27 吋 MA 系列，包括 MA270S、MA270U 和 MA270UP（使用 stand mode+）。
安裝第三方品牌螢幕後，如果螢幕下垂，該怎麼辦？
如果高度下垂：
請確認螢幕支架上所有懸掛物品的總重量介於 5.8–6.4 kg（12.79–14.11 lbs）或 8–8.6 kg（17.64–18.96 lbs）之間。如果重量不在上述指定範圍內，出現上升或下垂屬於正常現象。請在經銷商授權的退貨期限內，將支架退回購買的平台。
如果螢幕俯仰角度下垂：
請確認螢幕支架上所有懸掛物品的總重量介於 5.8 kg–8.6 kg（12.79–18.96 lbs）之間。
如果符合此要求，請使用理線盒內附的六角扳手，並依照以下說明進行調整：
Studio Arm AM01／AM02 的理線蓋、理線夾與理線盒可以拆除嗎？
位於後臂下方的理線蓋無法自行拆卸。若要整理線材，請直接將線材收進理線槽即可。
位於支柱側面的理線夾可自行拆下；整理好線材後，只要將理線夾扣回即可。
INFTYLAB Studio Arm 可以安裝在 IKEA 的桌子上嗎？
ANFALLARE 和 LAGKAPTEN 系列書桌與工作桌適用於 INFTYLAB Studio Arm。
不過，INGO 系列餐桌與工作桌不適合搭配 INFTYLAB Studio Arm 使用。
