How many connection methods does the INFTYLAB M Mouse support?
The INFTYLAB M Mouse offers three connection methods: Bluetooth (supporting 4.0/4.1/4.2/5.0), 2.4G USB receiver, and USB-C wired.

I lost my USB receiver (Dongle) — can I buy a replacement separately?
The USB receiver currently cannot be purchased separately.

The system finds the mouse via Bluetooth but can't connect INFTYLAB M Mouse — it keeps stuck on the loading spinner. What should I do?
Getting stuck on the spinner is usually a Bluetooth-side issue. Try these in order:
- Remove devices you no longer use from the Bluetooth list, then reconnect.
- Turn system Bluetooth off and back on, then try again.
- Too many nearby Bluetooth devices can cause signal conflicts — move to an area with fewer devices, or use the USB receiver (Dongle) for a more stable connection.

Why does my INFTYLAB wireless mouse randomly lag, get stuck? How can I fix it?
An erratic or stuttering cursor is usually related to the desk surface, battery level, or Bluetooth interference. Check in order:
- Whether the battery is sufficient.
- When Bluetooth interference is severe, switch to the USB receiver.
- Test again after adjusting DPI and polling rate.
- If using a USB hub, connect the USB receiver directly to the computer.

Is the 2.4G Dongle a Type-A or Type-C connector?
The 2.4G Dongle has a Type-C connector and comes with a Type-A adapter.

How many devices can the INFTYLAB M Mouse connect to at most?
Up to 5 connections: 3 Bluetooth channels (BLE1/2/3), 1 2.4G Dongle, and 1 USB-C wired.

Can the INFTYLAB mouse be used on glass?
Yes. The INFTYLAB M Mouse's high-precision sensor works on most desk surfaces, including mirror-like surfaces such as glass.

The left / right button is unresponsive, or double-clicks / multi-clicks on its own. What should I do?
Please test on another computer first to rule out software factors, and update to the latest firmware.
If a button still doesn't respond or registers multiple clicks, it's usually a button micro-switch issue — please apply for repair under warranty. -
Why won't my mouse charge via the USB-C cable, and how do I fix it?
If it won't charge, check in order:
- Replace with a known-good USB-C cable and power source;
- Check the charging port for dust or debris;
- Try a different USB port or charger. If it still won't charge, please contact warranty repair.
(During normal charging, the front light breathes blue, and stays solid blue when full; the red light flashing 5 times indicates a charging error.)

A full charge lasts up to 60 days.
